Public Workshops

My colleague Kammeron Cran and I am running an online public Purposeful Teams Program in August 2021.  Changes to the way we work represent an opportunity for those leaders who can
cultivate environments where Purposeful Teams flourish. By focusing on the
way we work to do the work that needs to be done, rather than on where the work
is going to take place, leaders can create deep clarity, a strong sense of purpose,
connected relationships, psychological safety, an ownership mindset and collective
accountability, as well as a culture of learning – attributes which lead to highly
engaged, high performance teams.

Program Objectives 

At the end of this program you will:

Have greater awareness and skill in cultivating Purposeful Teams particularly in a hybrid world

Know what it means to develop, engage and embed your team around Purpose

Have a better understanding of how to build psychological safety and trust, connected relationships and accountability and ownership within teams

Have increased your self-awareness and examined and developed your leadership ‘self’ around the principles of Purposeful Teams

Enhanced your ability to learn and experiment with new behaviours and concepts

Be part of a connected community and share in the joy of peer support as you build purposeful teams.

Fees

The cost of the pilot program is $995.  This price is GST exclusive. This investment includes a 2 x 1 day program, facilitator check in, my book, our Purposeful Teams Playbook, peer support and a coaching webinar.

There are only 10 places available.

The workshop is on August 3 and August 17 via zoom.
